ERNiCrMo-10 is a nickel-based alloy welding wire designed for high-performance applications in corrosive and high-temperature environments. With excellent resistance to oxidation, carburization, and sulfidation, it is widely used in chemical processing, power generation, and oil & gas industries. The wire exhibits superior weldability and mechanical properties, including high tensile strength and creep resistance, making it ideal for joining dissimilar metals and repairing nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys. Its low carbon content minimizes carbide precipitation, ensuring optimal corrosion resistance in welded joints. ERNiCrMo-10 is compliant with AWS A5.14/ASME SFA-5.14 standards, guaranteeing consistent quality.
